This morning, stand in awe before the Great Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx — an unforgettable sight no photo can capture. Your certified Egyptologist guide will bring these monuments to life with fascinating stories.

In the afternoon, travel to Sakkara, home to Egypt’s first pyramid, the Step Pyramid of King Zoser (dating back to 2750 BC).

Fly early to Aswan, gateway to the south. Visit the beautiful Temple of Philae, dedicated to the goddess Isis, relocated to Agilkia Island to save it from Lake Nasser’s waters.

In the evening, sail a traditional felucca along the Nile to a Nubian village, where you’ll stroll through the community and share a home-cooked dinner with a local family.

Fly to Abu Simbel, the spectacular rock-cut temples of Ramses II and Queen Nefertari — a UNESCO-led masterpiece of preservation. Return to Aswan for lunch and a relaxing afternoon. Optionally, enjoy the Philae Temple Sound & Light Show this evening.

Travel north along the Nile, stopping first at Kom Ombo Temple, dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek, and then at Edfu Temple, the best-preserved temple in Egypt, devoted to Horus. Arrive in Luxor for a free evening on the Nile’s east bank.

The Valley of the Kings, where you’ll enter several royal tombs, followed by the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. Meet a local archaeologist to hear about current excavations and discoveries.

Visit the majestic Temple of Karnak, Egypt’s largest religious complex. The afternoon is free to relax or explore Luxor’s markets.
In the evening, admire the Luxor Temple beautifully illuminated after dark a breathtaking sight.

Fly back to Cairo and discover Coptic Cairo, including the Hanging Church, St Sergius Church, and Ben Ezra Synagogue.

This morning, visit the Grand Egyptian Museum, home to treasures from every period of Egyptian history, including Tutankhamun’s famous artifacts. After lunch, wander through the colorful lanes of Khan El Khalili Bazaar and along Muizz Street, one of Cairo’s oldest thoroughfares, lined with historic mosques and shops.

Your adventure ends today. You’ll be transferred to Cairo International Airport for your flight home.
