Anubis Tours Egypt โ Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Confirmation
- Your booking request is acknowledged by an automatic email. This is a receipt only, not a confirmation.
- Your booking is confirmed once we receive the 10% deposit and email you a written confirmation/invoice.
- By booking, the lead traveller confirms they are authorised to accept these Terms & Conditions for all travellers on the booking.
2. Payments
- Deposit: 10% of the total trip price, due upon booking (as shown on your invoice).
- Final balance: due 14 days (two weeks) before arrival, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late bookings: made within 14 days of arrival may require full payment immediately.
- Payment method: bank transfer to the account shown on your invoice. Please use your invoice number as reference.
3. Prices
- Prices are quoted in USD or EUR unless stated otherwise.
- Quotes are based on current exchange rates, local taxes, fuel, and supplier costs at time of quoting. We reserve the right to adjust the price before final payment if there are significant changes beyond our control. Any change will be notified in writing.
4. Cancellations by the Client
- All cancellations must be made in writing by the lead traveller.
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: payments received (including the 10% deposit) are refundable, except for any explicitly non-refundable third-party services you approved (e.g., certain flights, cruises, special tickets).
- Within 7 days of arrival or no-show: 100% of the total trip cost is payable/non-refundable.
- We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical, and baggage.
5. Cancellations or Changes by the Company
- We may cancel or modify services due to force majeure or events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, political events, operational or safety issues, supplier failure).
- If we cancel before your trip starts, you will receive either:
- an alternative of similar value (subject to your approval), or
- a refund of payments made to Anubis Tours Egypt for the cancelled services.
- We are not responsible for costs not booked through us (e.g., international flights, visas, insurance).
6. Travel Documents & Insurance
- You are responsible for holding a valid passport, required visas, and any health documents.
- Entry decisions are made by the relevant authorities; Anubis Tours Egypt is not liable for denied entry or incomplete documents.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travellers.
7. Health & Fitness
- Please ensure you are fit to participate and advise us of any medical conditions, mobility needs, or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
- For safety, we may decline participation if health or behaviour could affect the travellerโs welfare or the group experience.
8. Responsibilities & Liability
- We act as an agent for accommodation, transport, cruises, and other suppliers who provide services.
- While we select reliable partners, we are not liable for acts or omissions of third parties or for events beyond our control.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the services purchased from Anubis Tours Egypt and is subject to applicable laws.
9. Itinerary & Service Changes
- Itineraries may change due to local conditions, opening hours, safety, or weather. Equivalent or better alternatives will be arranged where possible.
- Unused services that are available but voluntarily declined are non-refundable.
10. Special Requests
- We will pass on special requests (e.g., bed types, adjoining rooms, occasions, dietary needs) to our suppliers. Requests cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
11. Data Protection
- We only collect and process personal data necessary to arrange your trip and comply with legal requirements.
- By submitting the booking form, you consent to our use of your data for trip operations and communication with suppliers.

12. Complaints
- Please raise any issue immediately with your local guide or our office so we can assist on the spot.
- If unresolved, contact us in writing within 14 days of return with your booking reference and details.
13. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Egypt, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
