Day 1 – Arrive in Amman
Welcome to Jordan! Meet your Tour Leader and fellow travellers, then enjoy your first evening in this lively capitalβ€”perhaps over a shared dinner with new friends.

Day 2 – Amman & As-Salt
Explore Amman’s iconic sites including the Citadel and Roman Amphitheatre, then head to the charming town of As-Salt for a local food tour that showcases Jordan’s warm hospitality and culinary heritage.

Day 3 – Jerash & Journey to Petra
Step back in time at the impressive Roman ruins of Jerash before travelling south through desert landscapes to the legendary city of Petra.

Day 4 – Hiking the Back Trail to Petra
Hike from Little Petra along the scenic backdoor trail to the Monastery for a breathtaking first view of this UNESCO World Heritage site.

Day 5 – Petra at Sunrise & Wadi Rum
See Petra glow in the morning light, then journey to Wadi Rum for a 4×4 desert adventure, a Bedouin dinner, and stargazing beneath the endless desert sky.

Day 6–7 – Red Sea Escape in Aqaba
Relax by the sea or snorkel among coral reefs. Enjoy vibrant markets, optional boat trips, and laid-back beach vibes on Jordan’s Red Sea coast.

Day 8–9 – Dead Sea & Madaba
Float effortlessly in the mineral-rich waters of the Dead Sea .Visit Madaba’s famous mosaics and unwind in this peaceful town.

Day 10 – Desert Adventure in Wadi Araba
Ride into the wild landscapes of Wadi Araba by 4×4, swim in a hidden pond, and spend the night camping under a blanket of stars.

Day 11–13 – Sinai’s Hidden Gem: Dahab (Egypt)
Cross into Egypt and unwind in Dahab, a relaxed beach town on the Sinai Peninsula. Swim, snorkel, or simply soak up the sun. Optional trips include the Blue Hole or Ain Khudra Oasis.

Day 14–15 – Mount Sinai & Journey to Cairo
Visit St Catherine’s Monastery, then climb Mount Sinai for a spectacular sunrise. Continue across the Suez Canal to Cairo and celebrate your arrival with a group night out.

Day 16 – Cairo Free Day
Enjoy a full day at leisure. Wander through the city’s ancient streets or join an optional tour of Islamic and Coptic Cairo.

Day 17–18 – Giza & Aswan
Marvel at the Pyramids and Sphinx before boarding the overnight train to Aswan. Cruise the Nile to a Nubian village for a home-cooked dinner and warm local hospitality.

Day 19–20 – Aswan to Luxor
Visit the temples of Kom Ombo and Luxor, explore vibrant markets, and dine on Egyptian specialties. Relax or join optional temple visits along the Nile.

Day 21–22 – Luxor Experiences & Return to Cairo
Cycle through a local village to the Planeterra-supported Funtasia Project and enjoy tea with your hosts. Spend a final evening aboard the train returning to Cairo.

Day 23 – Departure from Cairo
Your incredible journey through Jordan and Egypt comes to an end. Depart at any timeβ€”or stay longer to keep exploring this timeless land.
